Dean has been helping entrepreneurs and business leaders increase their profitability for over twenty years. His early years with the United States Air Force proved to him that the best leaders used accountability, with proven operating systems, to get results.
Dean is a former Chief Operating Officer of a wealth management firm and a Quality Director with a medical device company. He has 15 years of experience implementing ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean methodologies (Kaizen, Gemba) and Shingo quality systems. He has also been an EOS® Implementer since 2015.
Dean has worked with companies such as Delta Airlines, Volvo Equipment, Medtronic, Honeywell, Polaris, Zeus industries, and Starkey Laboratories and is a former Toastmaster Regional Contest winner and Stephen Covey Northstar winner for outstanding facilitation.
Dean lives in in the mountains of Waynesville, North Carolina with his wonderful wife, three children and Great Pyrenees/Border Collie mix’ Dog “Bayou” and is available to travel to any destination in the US.
