Anne has a passion for Continuous Improvement and as a Lean expert has spent over 10 years leading teams in the identification of opportunities to improve operations and workflow. Her guidance has significantly helped improve the productivity and performance of the teams. Some recent projects include the implementation and management of Continuous Improvement practices through Rapid Improvement Events and Value Stream Analysis for Customer Service, Fleet and Enterprise Project Management.
Anne’s Green Belt in Lean principles helps entrepreneurial organizations systemize their businesses setting the foundation for increased growth. Anne has the experience and background to impact businesses and strengthen their Process Playbooks.
Residing near Denver in Black Hawk, Colorado with her two daughters, dogs and cats, Anne is available to travel to any U.S. destination.
